Medium brown with some mottled darker toning. Tiny nick on final 0 in fraction. Unrecorded die state; heavy clashmark at OF and incuse "00" from date above (E)S, but later than Breen State V with a die crack from TES to the rim, and a branch crack from left top of E(S) to rim above center of T(E). Ex: Heritage 1/06 (Jules Reiver), where it graded NGC XF45; Goldberg 9/09 (Dan Holmes), presently in a PCGS holder graded VF25. Called 25+ by Bob Grellman. Very nice for the grade and possibly a unique die state. Comes with Dan's original envelope, the NGC tag, and a Grellman card.
