Mix of caramel brown and maroon toning. Well struck with all features and devices bold. Decent surfaces with light scattered circulation marks on both sides. A scarce variety at
R3, and very popular due to the "LIHERTY" error, caused by a B punched over an upside-down B (or perhaps an I.) Reverse of 1797 with the double leaf at the top of the wreath.
