Reddish brown with darker fields. Well struck but porous with some small areas of verdigris reverse. "Ghost 3" variety with the bottom of the 3 very weak. Very rare die state, Breen state III, with the usual reverse crack at (E)D but also a strong crack above TAT to the rim, and a small internal cud between T and A. A very scarce variety at R4 and the first example I've handled in this die state.
